Beyond the spotlight, Sindhya is a passionate wellness entrepreneur, the founder of
SoleHuesTM, a brand that offers empowerment programs, confidence coaching, and mental
health workshops to uplift women, children, youth, retirement communities and corporate teams
across New Zealand.
An engineer by education and backed by years of corporate experience in digital delivery
leadership, Sindhya merges analytical thinking with heartfelt advocacy. Her core advocacies
focus on mental health awareness, child welfare, and women’s empowerment, three pillars she
actively promotes through workshops, speaking engagements, and mentorship.
With a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy, formal training in Neuroscience for Personal
Development, and certifications in Meditation and Breathwork Coaching, Sindhya creates
transformative experiences that bridge science and soul, helping others reconnect with their
bodies, regulate their minds, and rise with purpose.
She is also the visionary behind The Kirpalani Foundation, a charitable trust devoted to
enhancing mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing for children, women, youth, and
communities across New Zealand.
